I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano l’utilizzo del sito web www.montesole.estate e la prenotazione dei servizi offerti da Montesole (di seguito anche “la Struttura”). Accedendo al sito o effettuando una prenotazione, l’utente accetta integralmente le condizioni di seguito riportate.

1. Informazioni sulla Struttura

Montesole è un agriturismo situato in Sicilia che offre ospitalità, esperienze enogastronomiche e servizi connessi all’attività agricola.

2. Prenotazioni

Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate tramite il sito web, via e-mail o tramite canali di contatto ufficiali.
La prenotazione si intende confermata solo al ricevimento di una conferma scritta da parte della Struttura e, ove richiesto, del pagamento di una caparra.
I dati forniti al momento della prenotazione devono essere completi e veritieri.

3. Prezzi e Pagamenti

Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in Euro e si intendono comprensivi di IVA, salvo diversa indicazione.
La Struttura si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi in qualsiasi momento; tuttavia, il prezzo confermato al momento della prenotazione non subirà variazioni.
Le modalità di pagamento accettate (bonifico bancario, carta di credito, altri metodi) saranno indicate al momento della prenotazione.

4. Politica di Cancellazione

Le condizioni di cancellazione possono variare in base alla tariffa scelta e al periodo dell’anno.
Eventuali penali o rimborsi saranno comunicati chiaramente al momento della prenotazione.
In caso di mancata presentazione (no-show), la Struttura potrà trattenere l’intero importo previsto.

5. Check-in e Check-out

Check-in: dalle ore 16:00 del giorno di arrivo.
Check-out: entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
Eventuali richieste di arrivo anticipato o partenza posticipata sono soggette a disponibilità.

6. Regole della Struttura

Gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare gli spazi, gli arredi e la quiete della Struttura.
È vietato fumare negli spazi interni, salvo diversa indicazione.
Gli animali domestici sono ammessi solo previa autorizzazione.
Eventuali danni arrecati saranno addebitati all’ospite responsabile.

7. Responsabilità

La Struttura non è responsabile per smarrimenti, furti o danni a beni personali degli ospiti, salvo i casi previsti dalla legge.
Gli ospiti sono responsabili del proprio comportamento e di quello delle persone a loro accompagnate.
L’uso di aree comuni, spazi esterni e servizi (es. piscina, area wellness) avviene sotto la responsabilità dell’ospite.

8. Forza Maggiore

La Struttura non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per inadempimenti dovuti a cause di forza maggiore (eventi naturali, disposizioni governative, interruzioni di servizi essenziali, ecc.).

9. Privacy

Il trattamento dei dati personali avviene nel rispetto del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR). Per maggiori informazioni, consultare l’apposita *Privacy Policy* disponibile sul sito.

10. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

6. Property Rules

Guests are required to respect the premises, furnishings, and the peace and quiet of the Property.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas, unless otherwise indicated.
Pets are allowed only with prior authorization.
Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest.

7. Liability

The Property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except as required by law.
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of the persons accompanying them.
The use of common areas, outdoor spaces, and services (e.g. swimming pool, wellness area) is at the guest’s own risk.
