The sunset aperitif at Montesole is a unique moment, designed to experience the Sicilian countryside at its most magical.
As the light softens and the sky turns shades of gold, we welcome you into our sea-facing garden, where silence and the evening breeze gently accompany the experience.
The aperitif includes one bottle every two guests from our selection of Sicilian wines. For odd-numbered groups, an additional bottle can be added on request for a small supplement.
The wine is paired with a selection of local products: homemade bread with Terre di Landro extra virgin olive oil, bruschetta with Sicilian pâtés, local olives, and a selection of traditional cheeses and cured meats.
A simple and authentic experience, perfect for those who wish to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the Sicilian sunset immersed in the quiet of the estate.
The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is priced at €25 per person (minimum 2 guests).
