The main residence of the Estate
La Scuderia is the largest and most distinctive residence at Montesole: 160 m² of bright and welcoming spaces, adapted from the historic structure overlooking the inner courtyard shaded by the horseshoe-shaped trellis.
With a capacity of 6+1 guests, it is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone wishing to experience the Sicilian countryside with ample space, privacy, and all the comforts of a fully equipped home.
Interiors
Upon entering, you’ll find a living room furnished in traditional Sicilian style, complete with a dining table and TV — a comfortable space designed for relaxing after a day spent between the sea and the countryside.
Adjacent is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, fridge, freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, American coffee machine, and toaster.
Bedrooms
La Scuderia features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom:

Double bedroom with private bathroom.

Twin bedroom — convertible on request into a double and/or triple — with private bathroom.

King-size double bedroom, also ideal for families, with the possibility of a crib and private bathroom.
Exteriors
The house opens into a large outdoor porch, comfortably furnished for fresh dining, relaxing moments, and evenings spent together.
It is one of the guests’ favorite spaces: cool, shaded, and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
